What I Wear to the Gym
Hey! Now that you all know I am trying to go hard in the gym, it is time I update you on what I wear to the gym. I like to be comfortable because I am doing lots of movement. For women, we typically prefer to have something tight but stretchy. This type of clothing is going to allow us to reach our highest potential while we are there.
I like to wear two piece sets, matching or not its my favorite type I like to wear. I did a little shopping on Amazon and I have found what works for me. Dri fit t-shirts and capris! I made a video on how well they work for me. I love the pockets on these too. I have so much in my hand at the gym, so I add my AirPods or cellphone in the pocket.
