Vitamins & Supplements

Who takes vitamins or supplements? At least all of us! I wanted to share with you all which type of vitamins and supplements everyone should be taking. Now there are supplements and vitamins that you have to take personally, but I believe there are vitamins and supplements that you should automatically be taking. For example, if you do not eat a lot of dairy then during the winter, maybe you should consider a vitamin D supplement. Vitamins and supplements are also something that is recommended by your doctor after getting a full panel of blood taken. This of course is usually done during an annual exam.

For me, I currently am focused on my sleep and energy levels. I know it sounds contradicting, but I want maximum energy levels when I am awake, and the best sleep when it is time for me to rest. So for my energy levels, I have a vitamin b12 vitamin and I do three droplets of liquid vitamin b12. This is still not enough, so I may take a b12 shot.

When I am about to go to sleep, if you didn’t know that magnsium is what you need then you are going to learn today! Magenisum glycerinate is what you can take to get a good nights rest and to create a normal sleep pattern. You can try a powder form and add it to water, or capsule.
